The more advantages of wind plants rather than heat power plants causes the development of this valuable energy to generate the electricity. These are including the economic and environmental benefits. However, the intermittent nature of wind causes more risks for wind investors. A new method has been proposed in this article to simulate the capacity value of wind resources based on the probability density function of wind. Then, the amount of the seasonal electricity generation has been calculated in a specific region. Finally, a correction factor has been suggested which is useful for wind investors

This section should be the shortest part of the abstract and should very briefly outline the following information: 1-What is already known about the subject, related to the paper in question. 2- What is not known about the subject and hence what the study intended to examine (or what the paper seeks to present). One of the devices that is widely used in medicine is PULSE OXIMETRY. This device, which is used in most ICU wards (cardiac intensive care unit) and operating rooms of hospitals in the country, is a device that can be used to determine the percentage of oxygen saturation in human blood. What is stated in this report is the study of the theory and design of a pulse oximetry system, which acts based on a red and infrared light, is transmitted through the connection of a transducer to the human body tissue and the detection of light passing through the other side of the tissue. In this report, in the first chapter, the introduction and in the second chapter, the principles of pulse oximetry system theory are examined. In this chapter, with the help of photon diffusion theory in finger tissue find the relationship between the ratio of DC changes in light intensity received by the detector to AC changes in light intensity in both red and infrared types with a variety of absorption and dispersion coefficients, and then with the help of it, we get the system calibration table and curve. In the third chapter, the design and principles of structure and familiarity with different classes of pulse oximetry system are discussed. And in the fourth chapter, we present the results of testing the device on different people, including heart patients, and reviewing the error of the device and suggestions for completing the system

In this article, the pen tip angles of a robotic arm taken from a human hand with the ability to write Latin words in upper and lower case with axes and degrees of freedom that are in accordance with the anatomy of the human hand are simulated and designed. This robotic arm is simulated along with the code that is implemented in MATLAB and the output of the designed system is reported in this article and its errors are also investigated. There is the issue of replacing robotic equipment instead of humans in high-precision industrial work, which is sometimes in difficult conditions that are beyond the ability and endurance of humans, but with the help of robots, these activities can be performed completely. And energy resources, time and raw materials are also saved because the use of the robot keeps the accuracy of the repetition activity the same in all stages of the work and the speed of the work can be controlled.

Gradually, the significance of automatic information receiving systems and intelligent response in real-time has become increasingly apparent, and solutions based on it have made significant progress in most industries. Aggregation, Integration, and real-time operations on data are among the most important benefits of these systems and platforms.Data aggregation platforms based on IOT technology and telecommunication infrastructures have the task of automatically collecting information from the desired centers and terminals (terminals and remote centers), besides sending on a secure telecommunication platform, receiving, processing, displaying, and archiving information with the ability to access different users) and send commands if needed. One of these systems is the quick warning system related to identifying incidents. Given the importance of telecommunication infrastructure to connect remote terminals with the center of the system, both in the field of access and in the area of infrastructure, the advancement of telecommunication technologies in these two sectors will improve the performance of these types of systems, based on the location and the importance of the information of these infrastructures can include things such as wire, terrestrial wireless, satellite, mobile phone, and others. In this article, an attempt is made to investigate the effect of technological change in the field of infrastructure on improving the performance of early warning systems.

In this paper, the optimal determination of the location and the size of the active power harmonic filters in the distribution of electric energy distribution networks is studied in through a comprehensive approach. The main purpose of this approach is to improve the power quality indices in electric power distribution network. Total voltage harmonic distortion, loss of function of electric motors, harmonic loss of power transmission lines and sum of the currents injected by active harmonic power filters using appropriate weighted coefficients are considered as the objective function of the problem. Whereas individual and total harmonic distortion and maximum permissible capacity of active power filters are considered as limitations of the problem. Optimal determining of problem and size of active harmonic power filters is essentially a non-convex optimization problem that has a nonlinear character and is mixed with integers. Thus, an improved harmony search algorithm has been used to determine the optimal solution. The harmonic search algorithm is an optimization algorithm that mimics the music playing process by musicians. The problem of optimizing the location and size of active harmonic power filters is implemented on a 69-bus test system. Also, the performance of the proposed algorithm is compared with genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization. The results indicate the usefulness of the proposed approach as well as the proposed algorithm in improving the power quality indices in the electricity distribution networks
